What film scanners can scan panoramic film?
panoramic film is about 56mm x 24mm. I'm not sure but i read somewhere that a scanner that can scan 120mm film can scan panoramic. Is this true?
120 film comes in many different formats, so it's usually a safe bet that if it can scan 120 film it has the ability to scan panoramic negs. Most flatbed film scanners that scan more than one frame at a time would also be able to do it if you had a holder that didn't put frame braces over your negative.
If you only have one negative to scan it may be advantageous to post an ad in your local Craigslist to see if someone already has a scanner that would scan it for a few bucks. If you have a panoramic camera and plan to make a lot of negs then you may want to get your own scanner. You may try asking at your local camera store for a local resource, or even your local 1 hour photo place may do it (if you talk to the right person).
120 film, square, is 60cm x 60cm. So 56mm x 24mm would be within those parameters. However if the medium format holder doesn't use glass you won't have any way of supporting the negative to scan.

Fraud, you've got to keep in mind that some scanners don't have a large light source for transparencies and only have the capacity to scan one frame at a time. Some scanners software is rather limited. With that being said most low end 35mm film scanners just don't have the capacity to scan something like what the asker is asking.
Show some respect. How is anyone going to learn anything if they can't ask a valid question without someone acting like a snob.
